My First Ever Blog Post.. Kind Of

So I say this is my first ever blog post but if you've taken a look back you're probably thinking "what is she on about this is her second one".
Well yes you would be correct, but If you've read my first one then you will soon come to realise that it is awful and cringy and now I'm wondering why I haven't deleted it.

I'll be the first to admit, I'm not the greatest at writing and will never claim to be but I'm going to give this a go and hopefully be better at it than I was in 2014.

So first off some details about me:
My name is Eloise but most people call me Ellie, I am 20 years old and i have a passion for anything that looks pretty. That being the perfect makeup look, the cutest outfit that goes with your perfect makeup look or even things such as home decor.
I am obsessed with homely things and I can't wait until I can get my own place and start decorating it just how I want it (I suppose I should take my boyfriends opinion into consideration with some things as well).

I am currently doing a course on Reflexology and my long term goal is to have my own business from home, practising reflexology and any other skills I may learn in the future.

I'm hoping this blog can be a place people can come and be inspired or something you enjoy reading when you finally get a chance to sit down with a cuppa after a busy day.

Thank you for reading, I hope you have enjoyed and continue to come back regularly to read my posts.

Festival Days

Hello my name is Ellie. I'm going to be writing a weekly blog about my life, beauty products and tips. I hope you will enjoy reading my blog.

On Saturday the 19th of July I went to the Godney Gathering with my friend. What is the Godney Gathering you may ask? Well it is a mini festival that happens a few weeks after Glastonbury festival. Unfortunately I couldn't go to Glastonbury this year so I was very pleased to be able to go to Godney!

The first band we saw were called Land Of The Giants. They are a delightful blend of indie, reggae, hip hop and blues and they sounded very good. Afterwards we got to meet a couple of the band members which was awesome and they were really nice people.

Secondly we saw a band called Crinkle Cuts. Again they sounded great with a good mixture of tantric funk, smooth reggae and new-wave Latin ska. All 7 band members each had great stage presence and put on a good performance.

The next band we saw were Finches Fly. Aged only 16 these guys were very good!

The fourth band were Shoot The Moon. Okay okay I'll try not to go onto too much about these because I could honestly just write a whole blog just about them but I will just cover the basics. They are an 8-piece ska, rock and swing band sounding great live. Each member brought something great to the performance and had great energy on stage. We met them after and they were the friendliest band I've met, so genuine and happy that you had enjoyed their show. I bought a Shoot The Moon T-shirt and two of their cds and I've had both albums on repeat ever since! We got pictures with two of the band members, Joe and James, both lovely people.
I'm going to stop myself now before I bore you all and move onto the last band we saw

Reef. Now if any of you know who Reef are then you will know they are amazing. Gary Stringer, the lead singer, is so talented and they are just such a great band and really get the crowd going. Was a privilege to see them.

On the day I wore:
Floral tie-up top (Newlook),
High waisted denim shorts (NewLook),
Black tights (Newlook),
Black lace up ankle boots (NewLook),
Black chain bag (Newlook),
